enforcement authorities, consumer advocacy groups, and elected officials of illegal trucking activities by:

Identifying and exposing those load matching services that facilitate non compliant carriers;
Publicizing and reporting instances of illegal carrier operations and operators;
Elevating the level of shipper awareness to the risks associated with utilizing an illegal carrier;
Educating existing and new entrant carriers to the hazards and pitfalls of operating illegally;
Creating an atmosphere and environment that will motivate compliant carriers to communicate their
concerns to their elected representatives.

illegal motor carriers and illegal brokers. This forum is also available for other topics of mutual interest. We
